温室大棚阳光板选购需要注意的事项
1.全新原料:全新料的阳光板具有透光性、抗冲击、重量轻、阻燃、隔音、耐候等优点,如果你不采用全新料生产的阳光板,而使用回收旧料或来历不明的原材料生产的板材,那么阳光板的质量将会受到影响,并且应用这样板材搭建的温室大棚也不能长时间使用。2.防滴露层:由于温室大棚的内外温差会导致水蒸气凝结在温室内的顶子上,形成小雾滴,减少阳光透射率,小雾滴进一步冷凝,时间一长,会使温室内的植物出现病害。因此建议大家,搭建温室大棚的时候,请使用防滴露的阳光板。其防滴的原理是,防滴露阳光板底部的防雾滴层使空气中的水分在板材上均匀凝结成小水珠,沿着斜面(板材筋肋的方向)滑至边缘,而并非直接滴落,从而达到防雾滴效果。3.UV防辐射层:众所周知如果没有防辐射层,太阳紫外线的辐射会破坏板材,从而导致阳光板的黄化、风化。UV防辐射层可以有效抵挡紫外线的破坏,以太阳紫外线每年破坏5微米的UV层计算,阳光板表面若共挤有50微米UV层,可确保阳光板使用十年,甚至不会变黄。因此选择具有防辐射层的阳光板很重要。

According to the calculation of solar ultraviolet radiation destroying 5 micron UV layer every year, if there is 50 micron UV layer on the surface of the solar panel, it can ensure that the solar panel will be used for ten years, or even not yellowing. Therefore, it is very important to choose a solar panel with an anti-radiation layer.
