那么，玻璃钢采光板该如何安装呢?

采光板顺坡自下而上搭接安装，搭接位于檩条处，屋面搭接长度一般不小于300mm，墙面搭接长度一般不小于200mm；采光板两侧直接搭于压型钢板波肋上；并采用止水胶泥作好搭接密封。

采光板的固定钉比同类压型钢板的固定钉长10mm，应带有采光板专用EPDM垫圈，打固定钉前应另用电钻预钻孔、使板孔径d大于固定钉、以允许采光板热胀冷缩。当板长小于8m时，板孔直径d比固定钉直径大3mm；当板长大于8m时，板孔直径d比固定钉直径大于5mm。

采光板固定完毕后，必须采用中性耐候胶将螺钉头和采光板专用垫圈完全涂抹覆盖，以提高其防水和耐久性。建议采光板与压型钢板之间的搭接均匀使用丁基止水胶泥。
