安装方法主要有两种， 1、嵌入安装法 A、嵌入支撑框架部分之保护膜会影响填缝料与PC板之粘结，故在PC板嵌入之前，应先切掉嵌入量5－10mm宽之保护膜。 B、板材热胀冷缩量与金属框架不同，且具绕曲性和承受风压，因此须有时当嵌入量，胀缩预留空间及选择适当板厚。 2、螺丝安装法 A、室外装置或温差在±8摄氏度以上时，任何螺栓、铆钉穿孔，必须加大孔径，容许温度胀缩之预流量。一般孔径皆须大于螺栓直径50％。铆钉选铝材，应避免使用自攻螺丝。 B、所有孔穴皆应以矽胶充满空隙，并以矽胶涂覆外露部分，以防止清洁剂渗入边缘，防止延发性龟裂。 C、铆钉钉头部应比柄部大1.5－2.0倍，并以垫片充垫其间，不使铆头直接压迫板面，减少压力。 D、上螺丝不可过紧否则引发应力。 E、长边、短边请加金属压条，并预留膨胀空隙，加强固定力量。
