FRP采光板的漏水、防水小技巧

随着节能与环保的社会化大趋势,建筑日益多样化,以人居舒适性为核心的建筑追求更加关注建筑本身与自然的关系。frp采光板在众多建筑中被广泛采用,充分利用自然光,增加建筑与环境的亲和力等就体现了这种关系。采光板除了安全性和热工性能以外,在实际使用过程中,漏水是能够最直接感受到和最日常烦恼的质量问题,多年来已成为采光板顶中最常见的建筑弊病之一。
With the trend of socialization of energy saving and environmental protection, buildings are becoming more and more diversified, and the pursuit of buildings with human comfort as the core pays more attention to the relationship between buildings and nature. FRP lighting panels are widely used in many buildings, making full use of natural light and increasing the affinity between buildings and the environment reflect this relationship. In addition to safety and thermal performance, water leakage is one of the most direct feeling and daily troubles in the actual use of daylighting panels, which has become one of the most common architectural defects in the roof of daylighting panels for many years.
FRP采光板形式十分丰富,根据其造型、外型、构造,以及与立面关系、数量关系等分为若干类。为分析漏水和防水问题方便,以面层形式分为坡度平面、折线平面,单曲面、双曲面、组合面等形式。
FRP lighting panels are very rich in form. They are classified into several categories according to their shape, shape, structure, elevation and quantity. (3)阳光作用更直接照射采光顶表面,包括热量和紫外线。更容易产生采光板的各种材料热变形。密封材料的抗紫外线能力和抗热老化性是保证采光顶防水性的重要因素。
(3) Sunlight irradiates the surface of daylighting roof more directly, including heat and ultraviolet rays. It is easier to produce thermal deformation of various materials of daylighting board. The anti-ultraviolet and anti-thermal aging properties of sealing materials are important factors to ensure the waterproof of lighting roof.
