在安装玻璃钢采光板时要考虑采光板的伸缩性

采光板材料主要由树脂做成。常用波形760/840/930/950/1050/1130,

不同的采光板有不同的固定方法。

采光板采用铝型材扣件固定,波形采光板采用采光板支架和自攻螺钉连接固定,再打胶密封。采光板的位置一般设置在跨中。

采光板与自攻螺钉连接,必须有盖板。阳光板冷热变形较大,容易被自攻钉剪破,因此阳光板在打自攻钉处应开较大孔。在安装采光板时要考虑采光板的伸缩性。

Therefore, sunshine plate should have larger holes in the place of self-tapping nails. The flexibility of light panels should be considered when installing daylighting panels.
采光板在12m以内无需搭接,超过12m则需要搭接,搭接长度为200 - 400mm,搭接处施涂二道密封胶,横向搭胶不需收边,纵向彩钢板的搭接需看板型。普通压型钢板,一般不考虚做收边,直接将其与彩板用自攻钉固定,并施涂密封封胶,咬合板则需做收边。采光板纵向长度方向搭接应设置在檀条附近。采光板的常规分类有:经济型,耐候型,隔热型,阻燃型,防腐型五大类型。采光板常用的规格有:750型,840型,820型,980型,950型,900型,475型,760型,以及1m-1.2m宽平板等100余种板型。

透光性能:产品透光率在25~85%之间,特殊工艺技术使入射光线非常柔和,创造舒适工作环境。而且作为非均匀材质复合材料,光线透过时产生散射,使室内光线均匀,无光斑,不眩目。由于采用优质的原材料配以工艺,所得制品外观洁净,透光率达到国标要求

热稳定性:优质衡水美盛采光板热膨胀系数在2.5~3.5×10-5(m/m/℃),与PVC、PC相比较,更加接近于钢材,减少冷热变化产生的应力造成联接部位漏水情况发生。

装饰效果:采用连续成型工艺,通过对配方及工艺参数的调节,可以得到各种各样不同颜色的制品,适用于装饰工程方面。

耐候性能:表面涂覆优质耐候胶衣,或防老化薄膜,提高产品耐老化性能;产品中紫外线吸收剂可以过滤阳光中90%以上的紫外线,减缓材料降解和变色。使用寿命可达20年。优质的FRP产品表面覆盖有耐候性能极佳的薄膜,可以大大提高其使用寿命。大量的实验表明,FRP制品的耐候性能依赖于玻璃纤维的含量。在同等情况下,玻璃纤维含量的增加会提高产品的强度,但却不利于产品的耐水、耐酸碱性能。而美盛采光板经过特殊的工艺,使得产品外表面的含胶量较高,通过富树脂层来阻断玻璃纤维与外界的接触,在保证强度的情况下延长其使用寿命。

A large number of experiments show that the weatherability of FRP products depends on the content of glass fiber. Under the same conditions, the increase of glass fiber content will improve the strength of the product, but it is not conducive to the water resistance, acid and alkali resistance of the product. Meisheng daylighting board through a special process, so that the product's external surface glue content is high, through rich resin layer to block the contact between glass fiber and the outside world, in order to ensure the strength of the case to extend its service life.
